I heard on the CC that of the top 15 banks all but four will move to the new version of software - WebPay. WebPay has the P2P feature. The four that have not committed are: Citi and Fleet use the Citi platform Wells and Chase have no commitment and if I can guess will go with Spectrum BofA has it now, but is waiting for a PR campaign to develop. Several others have made firm commitments to upgrade. The rest will upgrade, but have spending delays. Four to six CSPs will be live by 12/01. Noise
