A very dismal conf call as well. I was surprised that the CEO chose not to participate -- I hate to think that it was simply because he was afraid to face the music, but its hard to imagine what kind of "last minute conflict" would keep him away. I found very little that would lead one to believe that they are getting on top of the integration / rationalization challenges, or that they are positioning themselves to be successful once the cycle turns. At this point I'm very glad that I'm no longer in the stock. What's more, I can't imagine getting back in until there is some demonstration that management has got a handle on the integration and that the new company will be able to successfully compete in the marketplace. Was disappointed to have heard more vague generalities as to how things are being or are going to be remedied. The problem here goes far beyond the cyclical down-turn of the industry, it seems to me. IMHO. AD
