The Annual Report was filed on June 28, 1996. I wonder why no News Release??? Lost $0.64 for the year and $0.14 for the 4th Qtr. The one on July 3, 1996 was for the Special Stockholders Meeting. The Annual Report,IMHO has all the CYA paragarphs. ---------Good luck to us all!!!!-----------. It sure would help. VBG
