Hi NightOwl; These guys are deluded in the extreme. The next shoe to drop is Intel's full and complete support for DDR. That will happen before it's time to decide whether they want to participate in settlement or not, and by that time, I bet most of them will have changed their mind. It really doesn't matter. The amount of damages is way in excess of the combined bank accounts of Rambus and its insiders. There's not enough to pay more than about 5% of the amount lost by "Class Period" stock holders. By the way, do the insiders ever get nailed in this sort of suit? -- Carl
