Since he retains the greater portion of what he produces, what you have said is not true. Not only does he have substantial control over his assets, but he has the ability to participate in the political process to promote his views of the correct level of revenues collected, or services rendered. If he owes something to the government, in virtue of citizenship, then the question is not very relevant.......
