Of course not all rich people are corrupt or bad, just some. As some are corrupt in all groups. Most rich people I know are very generous and have big hearts and consciences, not to mention guilt about being rich especially if they inherited it. But unfortunately those aren't the ones in charge of this administration. Now the pirates are in charge, and I mean pirates in the worst sense of the word. People who want to cheat and steal while the getting's good. And the rich and powerful who ought to be standing up to the bullies are being too complacent out of something called party loyalty. I know several wealthy Republican environmentalists who are staying mum through this attempted rape our our natural lands. They need a leader and a catalyst. right now thre is no leader speaking out except a few Democrats. And when you're a Republican you aren't allowed to listen to Democrats. Once someone else speaks out first they may follow. They will certainly take another big look in 2004 or even 2002. Since they're in a polite society it's partly about daring to ne impolite and challenge Bush at Republican dinner parties. I do it and people are shaken, but then when they listen to me they start to agree. I'm afraid many are trying hard to believe in the myth of Bush and trying hard not to notice the reality. After Florida maybe they'd rather not feel guilty. But their party is their responsibility and the wrong people have taken charge. At least in my opinion. Yours may differ.
