I don't know where you've been but the DWP is the only energy body in California which has kept prices low. I know, I'm a customer. Everywhere else in California the Enron's of the world gouged record amounts of money in the midst of sheer panic and chaos created by an orchestrated attack on California by the mainly Texan-based companies. No coincidence the timing, the source, or the politics behind each. Don't even try to debate that the Texas power companies didn't just fleece us. They're guilty as sin and they know it.
