O.T. to Steve I like Russia's largest oil company the best-LUKOY on US bullitin board (also TNT as NYSE ADR). For probably the cheapest telecom on the world-ROS on NYSE which is down to 1 times cash flow according to Finanace Guy-an ardent bull on the Yahoo Clubs Russain ADR board. Lukoil is about 2 1/2 times earnings with reseves at least equal to Exxon Mobil. TNT is about 1 1/2 times earings with less desirable location of reserves. Russia is a bargain hunters paradise that cannot go undiscovered long if things continue on their present course. -Z
