John, MTSN is finding out what leverage is like on the downside. Those two acquisitions at the top of the cycle made no sense. I agree, the old low might not hold and the only way I would play it near term would be for a dead cat bounce. In your estimation, does this now become a take over candidate, or are things too screwed up? Phil

PS You might want to note that the Oct. 98 low was around 4. If things continue to deteriorate, that level could be in for a test in the coming months. It has never been tested.
