Although they never release numbers further than 1Q out, nonetheless analysts do estimates and this is what briefing.com had to say on guidance:

********************************
CheckFree (CKFR) 29.67 +0.69: -- Update -- Company warns for Q1; sees revenues in the range of $116-121 mln vs the current consensus estimate of $125 mln.

CheckFree (CKFR) 29.67 +0.69: Reports Q4 loss of $0.01 a share, $0.01 better than the First Call consensus of ($0.02); revenues rose 37.6% year/year to $121.77 mln vs the consensus estimate of $119 mln; for 2002 expects "to post positive earnings per share on a pro forma basis, in the mid to high single digit range for the year;" this compare to a consensus estimate of $0.08 per share; see press release.
**********************************

I think it's a down day, but my record at calling short term movement in CKFR is poor.
