Heard last night a major is on the property now. If no deal is struck, it was confirmed PLY will go it alone.

IMO unless that major offers the world, it's no deal. PLY will only jv. southern anomaly.

Also IMO they will go alone. That's what they've always wanted. They will announce very early Sept.
