I read someone speculate that shorts will cover and take profits on his announcement. Who knows. But this is a bad day for the long run. I'm watching the stock market and the 1930 support. A close below that will be interesting. A falling dollar changes the whole investment landscape. No more Greenspan money games. Maybe 1 more rate cut. But I can't see him cutting rates much more as the dollar drops.
