All LME contracts are traded and quoted in US dollars. However, LME contracts can be cleared in currencies other than US dollars. Namely the Euro, Japanese Yen, British Pound Sterling and Deutschmarks. I think the LME closes around 11:30 am EST. NY holds sway at that point
