Refuting simplicity is difficult. Simplicity is the first foundation of truth. So I understand why you don't see the simple logic of what you say and end result.

Using your rationale the mother can instruct a doctor to stick a needle into the skull of a fetus as it presents itself during
birth. Actually you could wack it's head off after only the head is exposed during birth.
