Hi Wayne,

Always nice to hear the positive spin on a tough situation.
I'd have to think though, that given the track record (cf. MFS), that LVLT will be a subsidiary of a major networker within a couple of years, and that in the process, the equity holder is going to get his knuckles rapped. JMVHO.
