I know your question was directed to Jock. But, unless you buy this at book value, or 2 times sales, or 1 1/2 times the cash, you are going to get beaten by the mattress (Nasdaq : MTRS :-) ) again.

So what is a fair price to pay for this based on the above numerics? About 6 to 7 bucks. Anything more than that means you asked for it!
