When to get in to tech stocks? Get in when they sell at book value, 1 1/2 times sales and have oodles of cash and little or no debt. Even then, ensure that you don't have more than 20% of your stock allocation invested in techs.

In the coming decade, technology itself might progress by leaps and bounds, but tech stocks are another matter.

And yes, I am not here so much to change anyone's opinion as to express my own. If it seems repetitive and redundant, so do the rah-rahs of the eternally bullish.
