That depends on which variant of imperialism. I doubt many are nostalgic for King Leopold's "Heart of Darkness" version: Africa is a big, fat, juicy continent with no one capable of and/or willing to defend it. Sooner or later, someone will get ideas. I was just noodling about whether there might be a benevolent or even a benign model for imperialism in our times... Karen
