<- cut Military pensions > jw...were you ever in the military? Do you know of anyone that has retired recently? I know a few retired officers. I was an officer for a couple of years in 1967-68. They (the government) told us we would be taken care of from pinning on the bars through retirement and into the grave. Ain't true, not even close. If you have any friends that have retired from the military, ask them. If they tell you different, they're full of jackass dew. Military pensions have been, are in the process of, and constantly being cut, wherever they can get away with it.
