Why am I trading JNPR instead of AFCI?

Nicole, I think there are a whole bunch of restrictions on shorts, but since I don't trade them, I'm not 100% sure. I think they have to be classified as 'marginable' (I think that means over 5$), the broker can borrow them, and how much margin you have to put up (for some, it is 150% of trade cost). Some IPO's can't be shorted, either.
