long-gone, I could be mistaken but I don't believe SA will follow the path of Zim, at least not for a long time. The trouble in Zim is that Mugabe is a lunatic, possibly syphilitic paranoid. He is simply destroying Zim and, in fact, it is the blacks there who are suffering more than the whites from his policies of land invasion etc.

In SA, it is government policy to resettle landless blacks but the program is going VERY slowly and homeless people are very frustrated. Still, I don't see whites being forced off their farms etc. Certainly not from their homes.

There is no threat of nationalization or expropriation of companies. However, as you know, the government recently passed a law nationalizing all unmined mineral resources. The intention is that, in future, mining companies wishing to exploit those reserves must include a 'black empowerment' component.
