agreement between their wholly owned UK subsidiary WEB-2U and Newhomesdirect.co.uk (NHD) in which NHD will field trial the new MSU V/5
Internet Access Device. NHD specializes in offering the new homes market three independent but
related services, each of which can be tailored to the purchaser, builder or
developer's specific needs. These are: a Sales Agency, an Online Marketing Interactive Website featuring a show-home gallery, and Hometech. Hometech
offers builders and developers the latest in home technology. Through Hometech builders can offer technology-based lifestyle
enhancements in their new properties. Hometech's ``Premier Pack'' includes high-
speed Internet access, entertainment systems, programmable security systems,
