Like I said in my previous post, the manner in which one makes a buck in the market is simply an implementaion issue. There is nothing wrong shorting a stock as it is just a legal and morally correct implementation approach for someone who believes so much in his/her convictions to make some money. Therefore I am a bit puzzled/baffled by your response.

As for your cash being in IRAs, and 401K types of accounts, I do understand that. Yet, I am sure in your regular account you must have the marginal power to short stocks, do you not?
