You'll see a lot more corporations actually filing carry backs this year so they'll have over 50m in sales and get a refund. so what, its the law.

So who estimated the 75B. You know there are a lot of illegal tax shelter scams out there. I've actually lost a client (dentist) who got involved in one. I told him it was against the law and I wouldn't do the return. IRS caught up with him (we ocassionaly play golf together) after 3 years when the shelter promoter had to turn in all his clients.

Now this dentist is not rich by any stretch and evasion is illegal and should be prosecuted.

IRS has had its staff level kept level since 93 (under Clinton mind you) and they are now hiring.
