Amazon got back to me and said to uncheck Proxy Server in LAN connections. It was unchecked I don't use a proxy server so now I'll probably have to wait another 24 hours :(
Here's their reply:
Thank you for writing to us at Amazon.com.
It could be that you are accessing your software download via a proxy, a network computer that finds web pages for you. Because proxies store copies of web pages and online content, they can reduce network traffic and increase response time.
However, proxies are not advantageous when using our download site, because we create individualized download packages for each customer. Depending on the configuration, the proxy might even cause problems.
You should be able to avoid these problems if you access our download site directly.
If you are using Internet Explorer, pull down your "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options." Under "Connections," select the LAN Setting button, and de-select the check box next to "Use a proxy server." You may reconnect to your proxy server later by returning to this section and re-selecting this check box.
If your network is configured so that the only way to access outside sites is through the proxy, and the proxy doesn't seem to be working correctly with our site, you will need to contact your network system administrator.
