FORECAST: Dow Jones to 5000 S&P 500 to 500 NASDAQ to 500 All within 12 months or less,..... the only reason it has stayed up for so long, is that the professional spin doctors still have the skills to manipulate weak minds,.... thus, humans are creatures of emotion, not logic.... Did you get some sort of psychic vision? <g> I have not seen predictions that bearish on the markets. I assume that your scenario includes a major bursting of a real estate bubble (it one exists right now)---especially commercial real estate. I will note that the upside on the Nasdaq was almost always underestimated in the bull market...so maybe the downside is also being underestimated (but still not as much as you suggest). I am not saying it goes much lower from current levels--just taking note of the risk. The US and world economies will be in very bad shape if your targets were to be hit. I think you are wrong. BTW-- I don't see how you arrive at your market targets.
