20:38 [Wednesday 15th August, 2001] LUKoil to publish along GAAP standard MOSCOW - The Russian oil giant LUKoil is going to publish a report for the first half of 2001 according to the GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standards, LUKoil's first vice-president Leonid Fedun announced at a press conference today. This report is expected to be published at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2001.
