As of the close yesterday just a handful of semiconductor stocks had RSI's of 20 or below. This is a number I watch to determine how oversold the group is. Tonight I find we have 34 oversold semiconductors. I believe we will see the group get a bit more oversold still. Last time the SOX fell below 550 we had 99 out of the 200 or so stocks that Silicon Investor has listed show up in this oversold category when we bottomed.
