Rich is top tax rate, poor is lowest rate or no rate. I have been at both levels numerous times so I know the difference. Bush fights for the rich, screws the poor and middleclass, and middleclass conservatives cheer him taking their money and giving it to the rich and energy cartel. Go figure. I guess they don't care about money. Or the environment. They like to be broke with no social services breathing dirty air and drinking arsenic while the rich buy an extra yacht and energy companies are given tax-free access to our last and most pure wilderness areas to plunder. Disgusting isn't it? Such self-destructive fools backing these fat cats. And for what? Just because they have taken over the Republican party which used to stand for something better and still could? Three words, campaign finance reform. And they're gone, they and their corruption and their daily shamelessly dishonest spin which makes us look like a nation of cheats and liars.
