Well, not a whole lot of stock action so far. I did see the ask drop to 27.75 for a little bit, but back up to 27.85/90. There is a MM SBSH showing 50K on the ask at 27.95. Don't know if those are for real of trying to head fake people. That's what everyone wants to know! Also, And I know it's just my pessimism coming through, but Adjusted net income for the third quarter, which excludes deferred stock compensation charges, payroll taxes on stock option exercises, a benefit from receipt of a previously written down receivable, and amortization of intangibles and goodwill, was .... I don't like that form of accounting. Of course it is all in accordance with GAAP. just another way of doing business I suppose. Good luck
