Trojan Technologies To Acquire Pureflow Ultraviolet Inc.
LONDON, Ontario, Aug 15, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Trojan Technologies Inc. (TSE:TUV.) today announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Pureflow Ultraviolet Inc. (Pureflow) of Atlanta, Georgia. Pureflow is a leading distributor of ultraviolet (UV) equipment to the industrial and commercial market in North America. Trojan Technologies believes that the industrial and commercial market for UV disinfection equipment offers Trojan the potential for significant growth. The acquisition of Pureflow immediately strengthens the Company's position in this market. It also provides the opportunity for Trojan to further diversify its business base outside its traditional municipal government markets.
