Capitalism is amoral. The beauty of it is that, long term, moral behavior is rewarded and immoral behavior ultimately leads to failure. It pays to deal honestly, fairly, and to do good work. In a capitalist country the more people you keep happy the more prosperous you are. In a socialist country, you only have to keep one person happy, the guy above you.
