operations, to Fry's Electronics. Fry's is a privately held
chain of one-stop electronics shopping superstores based in
San Jose, CA. We expect this transition to be complete by the

Egghead.com site. You will continue to find the same great deals
and wide selection you've come to expect from us, and continue to

In fact, we have just extended our $9.95 shipping special on all
regular and Clearance products [excluding Auction] under 500 pounds.
