Puleaze explain this logic. Number one the suit was started in 1997 not April of 2000. If you are talking about the break-up ruling, then how did this affect consumers from buying more PC's? Could it possibly be that they already had four PC's? How did this affect companies from buying more routers and servers? Could it possibly be that they were already on the internet? How did this affect companies lighting up more fiber? Could it possibly be that bandwidth cost were decreasing and it didn't quite make sense to lose more money by adding bandwidth?

Just because the timing coincided doesn't mean didly. I started drinking milk in April 2000, did that cause the slide?
