I am still holding my BKX aug's puts 915's. I have stubornly held them despite having a slight profit, and having already reloade with September's around 908 yesterday. I just have this gut feeling that the option boys are holding that 900 line despertly and a break could result in a nice whooosh down. The banks have no reason being strong. Not only is the dollar getting smacked, the market down, trading volume down, but the economic numbers and weak dollar are insinuating the Fed is slowly getting squeesed into a corner. unless the economy gives some more then there is no way the fed could keep lowering at this juncture without real risks of the return of inflation. We can no longer claim we have deflation when all we really had was dollar buying strength. Wait till Oil, and raw material costs start to tick up, and Purchasing powerr evaporates.
