I believe tax selling continues as we speak. I believe the worst should be over by August 31, and September will be a great month in the stock market for a change. Yup, that's why I stepped up to the plate and MORE than doubled my position today at 15.8. Good Luck and GO EMC, its too damn cheap to pass up!!!
