" Bill Meehan of Prudential Securities cited a report from colleague Ralph Acampora who today said the Dow would rise to 10,000
within a year. "I don't think well see a market sell-off because portfolio managers still have cash that they don't want to have at
the end of the quarter and so any time there's a dip there are ready and willing buyers ready to step in," he said.
