wanna_bmw, Had not seen that one. I really don't care for all the benchmarks on the web since the reviewers are very unreliable and rarely match each other's results. I only pay attention to the benchmarks when there is a large drop in performance in something I might use. I remember when the K6 was out and it sucked in FP, all the reviewers were using quake and Unreal ( which I liked to play once in a while ) and guess what? I bought a PII instead of a K6 for my main machine even though I had another K6 box ( which ran a lot of other things just as fast as a PII ). I think the reason I like the Athlon is that it runs everything fast. You don't have to worry that it may choke on a particular app. Constantine p.s. Which bmw d u wanna? I've had 2.
