One does not have to file a return to pay taxes. Anybody who is employed has already paid their taxes (assuming they owe any) on 2001 income thru June. (If they have not, well then they are in violation of the law.)

I have paid the taxes in question. I have not filed a 2001 return. I am getting money back that I have already paid. That is not an advance, that is a refund.

I will file a return in April, to document the taxes I have already paid. Uncle Sam and I will settle out any differences in amount owed at that time.

I note that you again fall back on the personal insults. Sure sign of the looser.
