Hi Hank,
There is unfortunately one big problem with going it alone. PLY will need to do another PP and that could be a short term problem. We don't know what the terms will be but I think they'll be tough in view of timing and the required hold.

I get the feeling someone is dicking around holding down the price. We get big lowball offers that come and go... winking on and off. Perhaps someone doesn't want the 10 day close above 20 cents which allows a PP to be written much lower. There could be some shouting ahead. Chit!!!
