Well .. if the cars and trucks that move on those roads (that are to small to be seen from 1000km) were to stop producing heat, it seems that most folks believe that would have an impact! Now then .. if those cars and trucks could, somehow, remove heat, folks would get pretty excited about that. I know of no way that could take place .. however, there would be an incremental change by reflecting heat back out to space instead of gathering it up, simply by changing the color of the roads. Now then .. one part of the question would be "what does more damage, the cars or the roads they run on?" Most folks have not even begun to consider the impact of these massive (thousands of square km) solar collectors.
