No, Larry, Tuesday afternoon is the time that AG will come out and say we lowered rates again. If he lowers .25%, it is well in the market, if he lowers .5%, the market will panic thinking AG sees dark shadows out there in the economy we have not seen and discounted yet, he cannot win, thus (for Richard), this mini rally will peak by Tuesday at 2:21 PM at 1971.85.
