Gray Davis had nothing to do with NG prices. And my own bill jumped 500%. In some sorts of Calif is was 600%. And even my May will still reflected the 500% increase though NG prices had gone way down. Gouging my friend. You're on a very slippery slope trying to defend these pirates in any way. Now they are running a 25 milloin negative ad campaign in California saying "Davis, quit trying to blame other people", when they themselves are the culprits. They deliberate abused, gouged and went hog wild at the troughs just as their buddies GW and Dick were taking power. Remember GW and Dick telling us what shortages we could expect forever and ever. As soon as Jeffords switched parties the shortages went away and turned into gluts. You believe in magic? If not, do you believe in thieves running away with the goods and hiding? That's more like it.
