well well,just checked ticker and blinked,ah those tape ticker painters are amazing.They did it.I am in awe. We open down hard,and more bad news rolling through and yet they turned this around. The chinese torture continues:) NYT today has an article today that Greenspan is betting everything now on real estate continuing to rise in value. And also thinks it is good that people take equity out of their homes because what is the harm if the house keeps rising in value.But then he added it would not be good of course if home value were to decrease.(gees,AG,you are pure gambler,but not with your own money---AG owns no stocks) I feel AG is convinced he can tightrope across this abyss----well,good luck,AG.Max
