James, There is a huge difference between this time and last time. Last time, MTSN had a much stronger balance sheet, quite a bit of cash and little debt. Further, there was insider buying. Now, the balance sheet is highly leveraged and illiquid. And, Brad is selling shares. Not a nice picture. There is no good reason to step in front of the train. Phil
