Just to restate the facts: There was a cease-fire. The PLO abided by it. Israel did not. Then, after nearly a year of this arrangement, Israel invaded Lebanon.

If it wasn't the PLO it was someone attacking Israel from Lebanon. Someone was fireing those rockets into Israeli towns. It wasn't like everything from southern Lebanon was peaceful and then Israel launched a bolt out of the blue attack.
