...why don't you post the links where the CEO of ASTN fred gets a ding on his record from nasd or perhaps when FUE loses their nasd. How come fred and gothner no longer have licenses? Ask nasd. Check the sec docs.

Here is the link to elgindy's case. It doesn't state the exact date. As you would say, I believe it is old news. Go check out tony's site for info. Tony has always been up front about his past. He's no saint, doesn't mean his remarks about astn are wrong, not in the least.
