Have you heard of IMCL? They describe themselves as a small company. They sell antibodies. They have one against EGFR for cancer treatment. It has been talked up by lots of physicians and scientists that have tons of stock in their accounts given to them by the company. It is far more hype than substance. The so called small company has a market value of 3B, but has a cumulated loss so far of over 200M, and all its income was for reaching milestones in their clinical trials, which at best are all weakly positive (For example the antibody still needs chemotherapy to have any effect -- so was it the chemo or the antibody). Anyway, this stock does a million shares a day at over $40. Its worth $10 at best. Even if it does work for head and neck cancer, the only people that get H&N cancer are drunks (and they usually don't have insurance).

They currently can't make large quantities of drug and it is not available for compasionate use -- usually a bad sign as well.

I think it is a safe short with some danger of a squeeze but a pritty large float so that shouldn't be bad even if it temporarily causes a rise.
