I've been critical of Keeler before, notably for being economical with information. To be fair I have to recognise that she has has also been economical in running the company. Yes, the company needs some additional management talent, not least because the surprise discovery of the EU delay might have been avoided if someone actually followed up during the 90 day period. However, it's tough to find any reasonable criticism of the way money has been actually spent from these financials.
