what's happening?

Down on CIEN guidance. The reason CIEN had such negative forward guidance is because of their exposure to the moribund long haul biz. The portion of their business that is metro is expected to do rather well. What makes this move down in Riverstone BS is that RSTN is a pure play on metro and has no exposure to long haul.

But, alas, RSTN has a lot of new stockholders with the CS divestiture who don't know metro from a hole in the ground. One can never tell how stupid people will get.
